Frequently Asked Questions

Camarillo Appliance Repair Service handles most major home appliances - refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves and more. If something is acting up, bring it to us or call us and we’ll tell you if we can fix it.

Our shop is in Moorpark, CA, and we serve surrounding areas including Camarillo, Oxnard, Simi Valley, Fillmore and nearby communities.

When we come to you, we list the problem, the cost of repair and the estimated lifespan. If the repair cost is high and the appliance is old, we will tell you honestly that replacement might make more sense.

For many common problems, we try for next-day service, depending on parts availability and schedule. If you explain your situation (for example, you have a broken fridge and food inside) we prioritise it.

We bring commonly used parts and tools for routine repairs. If a specialised part is needed, we will order it, show you the quote, and schedule a follow-up visit once the part arrives.

Yes, for the labour we perform, we stand behind it. If something we fixed fails under normal use, call us and we will come back and re-check it.

We work on a wide variety of brands and models and have experience with older machines and new ones. If yours is a very high-end brand, we will let you know up front whether we handle that model or if specialist service is recommended.

Clear the area around the appliance so we have good access, remove items from the top and sides if possible, and note any symptoms (noise, leaking, not starting) to tell us when we come. That helps speed up diagnosis.

We will give you a diagnostic fee plus repair estimate when we inspect. Payment methods include credit/debit and cash. We want you to feel you are getting honest value and a clear scope of work.

Our main focus is home residential appliances, though we may take some light commercial work depending on the item. It is best to call and describe what you have so we can advise.

You can call us at (805) 523-2405 and tell us the problem. We will ask your location, bring an inspection report, diagnose the appliance model, detect the problem symptoms and then formulate the ideal solution.
